In a medium bowl, add 2 tablespoons Kava® instant coffee, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 2 tablespoons of hot water. Using a whisk, mix together vigorously using zig-zag motions until the mixture begins to froth and resemble a whipped cream consistency. You may also use a machine mixer if you’d prefer.
If serving cold: once the mixture is nice and fluffy, fill a glass with ice and pour in milk until 2/3 of the glass is full. Spoon the fluffy mixture on top of the glass.
If serving hot: spoon the mixture into a glass of hot milk, swirl into the milk and serve.
